Cooking method
1. Put the liver in a bowl, pour cold water, leave for an hour.
2. The soaked liver is cleaned from the ducts, re-washed and cut into small cubes.
3. Fry the liver in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
4. Peel the onion, cut into half rings, put it in the bowl of a slow cooker.
5. Pour vegetable oil to the onion, fry until golden using the "Frying" program.
6. Add tomato paste, mix and cook on the same mode for another minute.
7. We spread the fried liver to the onion, mix it.
8. Pour the flour into a frying pan, send it to the fire and fry for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
9. Add butter to the flour, mix until smooth.
10. And now add sour cream, salt and pepper, bring the sauce to a boil, then transfer it to the bowl of the slow cooker.
11. Mix the ingredients, pour a little water and cook on the "Stewing" program for 10 minutes.
Serve with your favorite side dish, garnishing the dish with herbs.
