Cooking method
You need to start cooking rabbit liver in a slow cooker with the preparation of products:
1. Wash the liver, dry it, remove streaks and films, cut into medium pieces.
2. Peel the onion and carrot, cut the onion into quarters of rings or more finely, grate the carrots.
3. Mix sour cream with salt and warm water.
Now you can turn on the slow cooker and set the "Frying" mode for 10 minutes. Pour sunflower oil into a bowl, and then put the chopped liver, onion, grated carrots. Fry them, stirring constantly. After that, add salt, pepper, sprinkle with flour and, gently stirring, wait for the end of the program.
Then pour the sour cream sauce into the bowl, mix again and set the "Stewing" program, the time is 15 minutes. While the slow cooker is cooking, chop the garlic. 5 minutes before the end of the program, add the prepared garlic and bay leaf to the liver.
Put the finished liver on a large dish or serving plates. Serve rabbit liver with your favorite side dish and/or vegetable salad.
