Step-by-step cooking
You will need a meat tenderloin, pork or beef – it doesn't matter. Remove the films and cut the meat across the fibers into pieces. The thickness of each piece is about 2 cm. With a special hammer, beat off the meat, and cut the already beaten into 3-4 cm long cubes. Pepper, salt, and fry in a well-heated frying pan with fat. Do not overcook.
Chop the onion and mushrooms (champignons are quite suitable). Add the chopped products to the meat, sprinkle everything with wheat flour and fry for a couple of minutes. Now pour all the sour cream and tomato puree. To puree, scald tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin and rub through a sieve. Let the dish boil for 5 minutes.
Put in serving plates and garnish with parsley.
