Step-by-step cooking
Beef is my favorite meat, and my favorite food from it is beef stroganoff. I am telling you a culinary recipe for cooking an incredible taste of a dish that can be prepared both on a normal Sunday day for your family and on a holiday for guests. So, to begin with, we wash the beef, cut it across into pieces approximately 1 cm thick. Now beat the meat well and cut into strips about 5 cm long. Then peel the onion and chop it finely. We take the mushrooms, wash them and cut off the legs. Now we heat up the frying pan, pour in the oil and fry the onion in it. Then add the mushrooms and increase the heat, salt the mass to taste, mix. When the mushrooms are fried, reduce the flame to a minimum. Then add sour cream, and after a couple of minutes mustard. After another 1-2 minutes, the meat sauce is ready. Now we are cooking beef. To do this, heat the oil in a frying pan, put the meat there and fry it for about 5-7 minutes. Salt and pepper the meat to taste. Now we shift the half-cooked beef into a frying pan with the finished one, cover it with foil and put it in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes. After this time, we take the beef stroganoff out of the oven, put it on a dish. Together with it, you can serve mashed potatoes or rice as a side dish.
