The culinary recipe of this stunningly delicious dish belongs to the Romanian national cuisine. This kind of food should appeal to people who love meat dishes. I cook veal with vegetables like this. My meat, vegetables and greens. Then I cut the meat into pieces and fry it in butter with salt, then add medium-sized chopped peppers and onions. I look if the onion has become almost transparent and golden in color, add the broth and leave to stew. I peel potatoes, carrots, onion seedlings, mushrooms. I try to cut potatoes, celery, carrots into circles of the same thickness. I cook all the ingredients in water with the addition of salt until ready. I drain the water and add the cooked ingredients to the finished meat. I boil the resulting mixture, put it in the heat. For the sauce, I fry the flour in butter, with constant stirring, slightly dilute it with meat broth to the desired density. I add sauce, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper to the veal with vegetables and boil for another ten minutes. When serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
