Burrito comes from Mexican cuisine and is a soft wheat tortilla (tortilla), in which various fillings of turkey, chicken or minced meat are wrapped. In the preparation of burritos, it is necessary to use the spices prescribed according to the culinary recipe. Do not be afraid of the sharp taste of food, and you will get a real Mexican dish. I suggest using turkey fillet as a filling for a burrito.
Peel the turkey meat from the tendons and cut into oblong pieces. Then fry in a frying pan with heated corn oil, add chopped garlic cloves and mix. Next, add the beans without liquid and spices. Be careful with the amount of chili pepper – it's better to put less, and then add. Cut the sweet yellow pepper into strips, put it in a frying pan and fry for about 3 minutes. After the time has elapsed, pour chicken broth into the pan and simmer without a lid for another 10 minutes. Add finely chopped coriander greens (coriander) and tomato puree. Put out the contents of the pan for another 3 minutes and remove from the heat. Wrap the filling in tortillas, folded in the form of envelopes and wrapping one end with foil so that the filling does not leak out. We serve burritos with sour cream or guacamole sauce. Bon appetit!
