Servings:
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Fry carrots and onions in vegetable oil. Cut the onion into cubes, three carrots on a coarse grater.
Step 2:
We put mushrooms, I had porcini mushrooms in the freezer together with boiled red ones.
Step 3:
Cut potatoes
Step 4:
Fall asleep light, pre-cooked.
Step 5:
Fill everything with water, add salt, pepper, spices, bay leaf
Step 6:
Add herbs to taste, I have dill and parsley. We close the slow cooker and put it on for 1.5 hours.
Step 7:
Bon appetit!
I cook the lung in a pressure cooker as it sizzles for 50 minutes, so the taste will be richer than in a slow cooker, cook the raw lung together with potatoes, then you will have to cook all 3 hours. And in the evening I put a lung to cook in a pressure cooker, and in the morning I cook stewed potatoes with a ready-to-eat lung for lunch. We pour water so that it only hides all the ingredients, so that we don't get soup. We languish for about 1.5 hours. Bon appetit!
