Wash the squid carcasses, remove the insides, peel off the film and remove the cartilaginous plate.
Cut the squid into rings or strips.
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until soft.
Add sour cream to the onion and bring to a boil, add seasoning for fish, salt.
Then add the squid and simmer from the moment of boiling for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with herbs.
