Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 10 min

1. We wash the cabbage to remove excess acid, throw it into a colander.
When the water drains, we put the cabbage in the bowl of the slow cooker and stew it using the "Stewing" program for 10-15 minutes. We put it in a bowl.

2. Pre-boiled rice is combined with cabbage.

3. We wash the meat, dry it, cut it into pieces, pass it through a meat grinder along with peeled onions and garlic. The resulting minced meat is spread with rice and cabbage. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix.

4. We form cabbage rolls, moistening our hands with water, and put them in a bowl of a multivark greased with vegetable oil.

5. Prepare the sauce:
- fry the flour in a frying pan until golden brown, stirring constantly;
- pour sour cream and broth (water), mix;
- add spices and salt to the resulting sauce, cook until thickened.

6. Pour the cabbage rolls with sauce and set the "Baking" mode, the time is 45 minutes. In general, adjust the time according to the readiness of the dish: since slow cookers differ in power and software "stuffing", the time may differ slightly from the specified one.

Serve ready-made cabbage rolls on the table hot.
