French green peas with kale cabbage

Step 1:
Finely chop 4 green onion stalks
Step 2:
Cut the kale cabbage
Step 3:
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or saucepan with a thick bottom, add finely chopped onion and kale cabbage. Simmer for a few minutes until the cabbage wilts.
Step 4:
Add peas (without defrosting), spices and a glass of water. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the peas are ready.
Step 5:
Pour lemon juice before serving. Bon appetit!
