Cut onion, pepper, tomatoes into small cubes, grate carrots.
Preheat the frying pan (preferably deep and with high sides), pour a little sunflower oil, after heating put onions and carrots, after 5 minutes pepper and tomatoes, after the ingredients are slightly extinguished and let the juice pour in the broth, a porridge-like mixture will turn out, we add rice and meat to it (optional) and simmer until the rice is ready.
It will turn out very tasty, especially if you add a little seasoning in which there is curry and barberry.
