Step-by-step cooking
First you need to take the onion and cut it into half rings. Roll it in flour and fry it in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. Then take the beef. Wash her well. I'm still taking the films off her and cutting out the veins. After that, I cut the meat into rather large pieces. Season each piece of beef with salt and pepper. Then I put them in a frying pan, in which I preheat the vegetable oil. I fry the meat on both sides. A golden crust should form. Then I add our fried onions to it. Peel the carrots and cut them into cubes. We also put it to the meat and fill everything with water. It is necessary that the water covers the meat and vegetables and is one centimeter higher than them. Put the seasonings and leave the meat to simmer on high heat for about 10-15 minutes. At this time, we wash the rice. We put it to the meat. Add garlic, which is crushed with a garlic press. Pepper everything and add salt. Pour some more water. It should cover the rice and be 1.5 centimeters taller than it. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer your pilaf over high heat for about 20 minutes. During this time, the water should boil off. Collect the rice in a slide and cover it with a deep plate. Close the frying pan and leave the pilaf to simmer for another half hour. After that, we remove the plate and mix the rice with the meat.. The pilaf is ready. You can leave it under the lid for another 10 minutes so that it reaches the necessary state of delicious and healthy food. Bon appetit!
