Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to bake French fries with meat in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Any meat can be used. I'm going to cook pork. To get a more dietary dish, you can use turkey or chicken meat. Cream can be taken not too greasy. 10-15% fat content will be enough.
Step 2:
Cut the meat into small pieces and beat off a little with a kitchen hammer.
Step 3:
Put the chipped meat in a small bowl, sprinkle with salt and spices. Add the chopped garlic and let it stand for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4:
For baking, take any heat-resistant mold. It can be ceramic, glass or metal. I will cook in a ceramic mold. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with a piece of butter and garlic slices.
Step 5:
Put all the prepared pieces of meat into the mold. Spread them evenly over the entire bottom. Chop the green onion feathers and sprinkle over the meat.
Step 6:
Peel the potatoes and rinse them in running water from dirt. Chop it so that there are thin slices. It is convenient to do this with a food processor, if there is an appropriate nozzle. Mix the potatoes with salt and spices.
Step 7:
Spread the potatoes over the entire surface of the meat. Add a little salt and pepper to the prepared cream. Pour them over the potatoes. Cream will give the taste of the finished dish a creamy taste and connect all the ingredients together.
Step 8:
Sprinkle the surface of the potatoes liberally with grated cheese and put the mold in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for about 45-50 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
Step 9:
Potatoes with meat in French are ready! Remove the mold from the oven and serve hot.
Step 10:
Bon appetit!
For this recipe, it does not matter which part of the carcass to choose, because during cooking it will still become soft. But of course there may be exceptions.
Cream can be replaced with thin sour cream or mayonnaise, but keep in mind that mayonnaise increases the calorie content of the dish.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
