Step 1:
How to make chicken with garlic in the oven with a golden crust? Prepare the ingredients. To cook chicken baked with bay leaf, we will need: chicken weighing 1.4-1.7 kg, bay leaves, garlic, ground black pepper and salt.
Step 2:
Wash the chicken, dry it.

Rub the bird with salt and ground pepper inside and out.

Peel the garlic. Put all the garlic and 2-3 bay leaves inside the carcass.
