Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make pasta with stew in a frying pan? Prepare the products. I have beef stew, but you can take any other. It's the same with pasta - it doesn't matter which one you take. Wash the carrots well and dry them with napkins.
Step 2:
Peel the onion, wash, dry and cut into small cubes. To avoid watering your eyes, moisten the knife in cold water.
Step 3:
Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.
Step 4:
Boil 2 liters of water in a saucepan. Add salt, add pasta to boiling water. Stir so they don't stick to the bottom. Cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package. Then discard them in a colander.
Step 5:
Preheat the pan, add the fat from the stewed meat to it. If you have a stew without fat, then pour a little vegetable oil into the pan. Wait until the fat melts.
Step 6:
Add chopped onion and grated carrots to the pan. Fry the vegetables for about 3-5 minutes, stirring them so as not to burn.
Step 7:
Add the stew to the pan. Previously, you can break the meat pieces into smaller pieces. Fry the stew with vegetables for about 7-10 minutes. You can cover the pan with a lid and turn down the heat so that the vegetables become soft.
Step 8:
Add boiled pasta to the stew in the pan. Mix it up. Cover the pan with a lid and let them simmer a little on low heat for just a few minutes. If you like a juicier second, you can pour a little boiled water into the pan.
The taste of the dish in this recipe primarily depends on the choice of stew. No matter what kind of meat it is made of, any kind will do - beef, pork, horse meat. The main thing is that it should be a quality product made according to GOST. This stew contains only meat, onions, salt and spices, there are no unnecessary additives and preservatives.
The same goes for pasta. Try to choose pasta made from durum wheat flour - they do not boil and are much tastier and healthier.
Pasta can have any shape, choose according to your taste. Only if you want to cook spaghetti, it's better not to mix them with stew in a frying pan. First, put the pasta in a plate, and put the meat on top of them.
You can add your favorite spices to the stew. I have enough of them in the meat, so I didn't add them.
It is not necessary to add carrots at all, one onion will be quite enough.
To make the dish more interesting, add mashed tomatoes to the vegetables, then you will get pasta with tomato and meat sauce, according to the type of bolognese.
When serving, you can sprinkle the pasta with chopped herbs.
How to boil pasta properly? Take a spacious saucepan, pour water at the rate of 100 grams of pasta 1 liter of water. The main thing is that the products float freely in the liquid. Add salt to taste. Bring the water to a boil. It is important to put the pasta in boiling water, otherwise they may stick together. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked or al dente (cooking time is always indicated on the package). Put the finished pasta in a colander and let the liquid drain. It is not necessary to rinse the finished pasta with water. If you do not plan to immediately mix the pasta with the sauce, then in order to avoid sticking hot pasta, you can send them from the colander back into the pan and add a teaspoon of olive oil (or a piece of butter)and mix gently.
