Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to Make Men's Tears Salad? Prepare the necessary ingredients. I used fillets, but any part of the chicken will do. Green onions can be replaced with onions. If desired, scald it with boiling water to remove excess bitterness.
Step 2:
Wash the chicken. I salted the fillet a little and baked it in foil in the oven. You can boil the chicken in boiling salted water until tender. Cool the chicken.
Step 3:
Remove the champignons from the marinade, let the liquid drain. Cut the mushrooms into plates or small cubes.
Step 4:
Cut the cooled chicken into small cubes.
Step 5:
It is convenient to form a salad using a cooking ring. I took a ring from a detachable mold with a diameter of 18 cm. Place the ring on a flat plate, lay out the prepared chicken.
Step 6:
Brush the chicken layer with mayonnaise.
Step 7:
Wash green onions, dry well, chop finely. Sprinkle the chicken layer with green onions.
Step 8:
Place the chopped champignons evenly on top. Brush with mayonnaise.
Step 9:
Pre-boil hard-boiled eggs for 8-9 minutes. Pour cold water over the eggs to cool them down. Peel the eggs from the shell, grind them on a coarse grater.
Step 10:
Put the egg layer on top of the mushrooms, smear with mayonnaise.
Step 11:
Then lay out a layer of Korean carrots, apply a little mayonnaise.
Step 12:
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 13:
Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese on top. Cover the salad with cling film and put it in the refrigerator so that it is slightly soaked and cooled.
Step 14:
Remove the cooking ring, if desired, decorate the salad with herbs on top and serve.
Step 15:
Bon appetit!
Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See the interesting ones here
recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
