Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the products specified in the recipe. How to choose the right chicken wings? It is better to buy wings in a chilled form, since the frozen product loses its useful properties. There should be no bruising and damage on the surface. The color is light pink. Press your finger on the pulp, if the dent does not straighten quickly, then the product is stale. A sticky and slippery surface, as well as an unpleasant, sour smell is also a sign of corruption.
Step 2:
Peel the garlic cloves and pass them through the press.
Step 3:
Wash the wings and dry them from excess moisture with paper towels. In a deep container, combine the wings with garlic, soy sauce, add spices (curry, ground black pepper). If you think it's necessary, add salt, but keep in mind that soy sauce is already quite salty.
Step 4:
Mix the contents and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes, or even better, send them to the refrigerator overnight. The longer the meat is marinated, the tastier and juicier it turns out.
Step 5:
Take any heat-resistant mold. Lay out the wings. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance (10-15 minutes before cooking). Bake the chicken for about 30-40 minutes. The baking time and temperature may vary, since everyone's ovens are baked differently. Focus on the specifics of your technique and the readiness of the dish. The finished wings become ruddy, the flesh is easily pierced with a knife, transparent juice flows out.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information in the article about ovens here
Chicken wings marinated in soy sauce can be frozen in a hermetically sealed container. They can be stored in the freezer for 3-4 months at a temperature of -18 degrees. Defrost the meat should be on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.
