How to make a banana cupcake in the oven? Prepare the products. To make the cupcake soft and fluffy, they must be at room temperature, so remove the eggs, milk and butter from the refrigerator in advance. Bananas for baking are better to take a little overripe, then the cupcake will turn out more fragrant. In addition, such bananas are very sweet, it will be possible to reduce the amount of sugar.

    Step 2.

Beat the soft butter with a mixer until a fluffy light mass. Do not beat for more than 3 minutes, the oil may begin to separate the liquid.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Continuing to beat, pour in some of the sugar, regular and vanilla, then pour in a little milk. Beat the mass until smooth, continuing to add milk and sugar to the dough.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Wash the bananas, peel and mash them into puree. It is convenient to do this with a regular fork. Even if you have large pieces of banana left, it's not scary, they will add texture to the cupcake.

    Step 5.

Add bananas to the dough. Stir with a whisk until smooth.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

One by one, enter the eggs into the dough, kneading the mass well after each with a whisk.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Sift flour and mix with baking powder, then add it to the dough in parts. Knead the dough until smooth. It will turn out thick, but fluid.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Pour the dough into a greased baking dish and put it in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes. When the top layer of baking is slightly browned, check it for readiness: pierce it with a wooden skewer in several places, if the skewer comes out dry, then the mold can be taken out of the oven.  Cool the finished cupcake, remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Banana cupcake is delicious and warm. Bon appetit!

For the first time I made pastries with bananas. The result pleased not only me, but also the family.
My dairy products did not have time to heat up after the refrigerator, so when adding milk, the butter separated and the dough lost its uniformity. It's not scary, because everything was straightened out with the addition of flour. It didn't affect the taste.
If the top of the cupcake is browned, it is necessary to cover the mold with foil.

Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.

It is important to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Then the baking will turn out to be airy and will rise well when baking.
