Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to bake champignons with mayonnaise and garlic? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. Choose champignons fresh, light, without damage. They can be small or medium in size.
Step 2:
Pour fresh champignons with water and rinse well from debris and dirt. Then put them on a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Use a sharp knife to cut off all the hardened parts.
Step 3:
You can change the amount of garlic to your liking. Peel a few cloves of garlic from the husk and pass through a garlic press. Rinse the parsley greens under running water and shake off excess moisture. Then grind it.
Step 4:
Then take a spacious, deep bowl and mix mayonnaise with crushed garlic in it. Add a little salt and spices to taste. As a spice, you can take a little ground pepper and a set of ready-made spices for mushrooms.
Step 5:
Put the prepared champignons in a bowl with marinade and mix gently (so as not to break them). Champignons should be covered with marinade on all sides. Leave them in this form to stand for 30 minutes so that they are pickled.
Step 6:
For baking, take any heat-resistant mold and lubricate the bottom with a small amount of vegetable oil. Then lay out all the pickled champignons. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-35 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
Step 7:
Remove the finished champignons from the oven. Such a fragrant snack can be served directly on the table in the form or transferred to a plate.
Step 8:
Have a nice treat!
Champignons should not be slippery. Miniature mushrooms up to 2 cm in size do not need to be cleaned at all, it is enough to rinse them well. Larger champignons are recommended to be cleaned from films.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
