Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to bake potatoes with mushrooms and tomatoes in the oven? Prepare everything that is indicated on the list. Tomatoes can be used regular or cherry.
Step 2:
Peel potatoes, garlic and onions. Rinse everything in clean water. Dry the food with a kitchen towel to remove any remaining moisture.
Step 3:
Cut the potatoes into medium-sized pieces. Cut the mushrooms into 2 or 4 pieces, depending on the size of the mushrooms. Grate the cheese on a grater with large teeth.
Step 4:
Put potatoes and mushrooms in a large bowl. Cut the tomatoes in half, and then each half into thin plates. Chop the onion arbitrarily, not coarsely. Chop the garlic finely or pass it through a press.
Step 5:
Send onion and garlic to potatoes with mushrooms. Add salt to taste, add your favorite spices and pour in the cream. Mix everything very well.
Step 6:
Put the products in a baking dish.
Step 7:
Spread tomatoes evenly on top, as in the photo. Send the mold to the preheated oven and bake until the potatoes are ready. How long and at what temperature should the products be baked? It completely depends on the capabilities of your oven, focus only on them. I baked for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.
Step 8:
Remove the mold from the oven and sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake until the cheese browns. About 10-15 minutes.
Step 9:
Decorate the finished dish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
Step 10:
Incredibly delicious and fragrant!
Bon appetit!
Tomatoes choose juicy, but dense. Soft fruits do not keep their shape well, in the process of slicing and cooking they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.
Buy fresh mushrooms of medium size, snow-white color without spots, damage, rot smell. They should not be slippery to the touch. Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms from the ground under a stream of warm or cold water. Cut out the damaged places, if there are any. Miniature mushrooms up to 2 cm in size do not need to be cleaned at all, it is enough to rinse them well. Larger champignons are recommended to be cleaned from films.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use the useful information about the features of ovens !
