Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make julienne from chicken? Take the products from the list. Chicken breast is better, but you can fillet with thighs. Mushrooms are suitable for champignons, but you can also use forest, fresh, frozen or canned. Cream of any fat content and a little parmesan for piquancy (except other hard cheese).
Step 2:
Wash the meat well, dry it. Remove everything unnecessary from it. The basic rule: all products should be cut into the same small cubes. Dice mushrooms, chicken meat and onions.
Step 3:
Fry the onion in a frying pan with sunflower oil. Add the mushrooms and then the chicken. Put everything out together until the moisture from the mushrooms evaporates and lightly fry so that the color of the meat and onions changes.
Step 4:
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 5:
Spread the chicken and mushroom mass into serving molds for baking or in cocotnits.
Step 6:
Prepare the sauce: brown the flour to a pinkish color in a dry frying pan, add butter, rub the mixture well.
Step 7:
Pour in the cream, stir everything and warm it up well.
Step 8:
Put the grated cheese on top of the fried ingredients.
Step 9:
Pour the cooked hot sauce over the chicken and mushrooms and sprinkle with cheese again, this time with parmesan, if any.
Step 10:
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is completely melted. Be guided by the time of your oven. Serve Julienne, sprinkling it with any greens.
I have already offered one of the options for Julienne chicken in the oven. Today we will prepare this delicious snack in a slightly different way.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
So that the mucous membrane of the eyes is not irritated when slicing onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a piece of lemon before slicing.
This dish came from French cuisine. It has spread all over the world for a long time, having undergone some changes in the recipe, enriched by the traditions of different peoples. The proposed recipe, for example, contains honey mushrooms - which is not typical for French cuisine. Prepare this dish for your loved ones, and you will probably have some kind of touch and addition to the recipe. It is customary to serve Julienne in the same portion molds in which it was baked, sprinkled with herbs.
