Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make pork under a potato coat with cheese? Prepare everything you need for this. Peel the potatoes and rinse them from dirt. If the pork is frozen, then it must be removed from the freezer in advance so that it thaws at room temperature. Choose boneless meat.
Step 2:
For baking, take any heat-resistant mold. It can be glass, metal or ceramic. The bottom of the mold is slightly lubricated with vegetable oil. Cut the pork into pieces and lay out a uniform layer on the bottom of the prepared mold. Sprinkle the meat with salt and spices.
Step 3:
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and cut into half rings or slightly smaller. Place the chopped onion on the surface of the meat.
Step 4:
Grate raw potatoes on a coarse grater.
Step 5:
Do not leave grated potatoes for a long time, otherwise they will start to darken. Immediately put the grated potatoes on the surface of the meat and distribute it evenly. Add a little salt.
Step 6:
Cut the washed tomatoes in half and remove the stalk. Then cut the tomatoes into slices. Put the sliced tomato slices over the potatoes.
Step 7:
Put the cheese grated on a grater on the top layer. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 45-50 minutes. When baking, be guided by your oven. If you do not want the cheese to turn brown, then sprinkle it at the end of baking. Then it will just melt a little.
Step 8:
Meat under a fur coat with cheese is ready! Remove the mold from the oven and arrange the dish into plates. serve hot.
Step 9:
