Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make zucchini in sour cream and cheese in the oven delicious and simple? First, prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can replace ordinary zucchini with zucchini. Sour cream can take any fat content, but it should not be very watery. I have sour cream with a fat content of 20%. Take any cheese - as long as it melts and is delicious.
Step 2:
Wash the zucchini thoroughly and cut into slices. Which zucchini will work best? Choose young fruits with tender skins. It is not necessary to cut off a very thin skin. If you use more mature zucchini, cut off the rough peel and cut out the middle with the seeds.
Step 3:
Wash, dry and finely chop the dill. In addition to dill, you can take other greens: parsley, coriander or green onions.
Step 4:
Mix sour cream with chopped herbs, garlic, salt and pepper passed through the press. In addition to salt and pepper, you can add your own spices or dried herbs to taste.
Step 5:
Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
Step 6:
Grate the cheese on a medium or fine grater. I have a regular type of Russian cheese, but you can also use non-salted mozzarella for pizza, cheese, Adyghe or suluguni. If you use Caucasian cheeses, then it is better to supplement the dill with cilantro.
Step 7:
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Lay the zucchini on top of each other.
Step 8:
Brush the zucchini with sour cream with garlic and herbs on top.
Step 9:
Sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Place the zucchini pan in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 20-25 minutes. The exact time depends on the characteristics of your oven. Bon appetit!
Instead of zucchini in this way, you can bake any other vegetables, such as tomatoes, eggplants or assorted vegetables.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
