Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. Any loaf can be used, more rich and sweet is suitable for dessert crackers for tea, coffee, cocoa and milk. Step 2:
Cut the loaf into slices no more than 1.5 centimeters thick, each of which is cut into small cubes.
Step 3:
Lay out the cubes of the loaf on a baking sheet covered with parchment. You can do without it, but it will make it easier for the hostess, after cooking cream crackers, you will not need to wash the baking sheet.
Step 4:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We put a baking sheet with crackers in the oven. Melt the butter on the stove, in the microwave or directly in the oven while the crackers are drying. If you want the crackers to be salty, then you can add a pinch of salt to the melted butter, if they are sweet, then a little sugar, when preparing cream crackers with a neutral taste, do not add salt and sugar.
Step 5:
Take out the baking tray with crackers after five to seven minutes from the oven and pour them with melted butter, mix well so that they are completely covered with butter. Put the baking tray with the crackers back in the oven for five to seven minutes, the crackers should become dry, crisp and golden in color.
Step 6:
Remove the baking tray with crackers from the oven, let them cool down and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
