Step 1:
Prepare the products according to the list.

Peel the potatoes, rinse well and cut the medium-sized tubers into quarters. If very large, then cut some more. Put in any form and cook until half cooked - in a microwave dish - in a microwave, or as usual in a saucepan on the stove.
Step 3:
Prepare the filling: mix sour cream, milk, salt and spices. Add the chicken egg and mix everything well.
Step 4:
Grate any cheese on a coarse grater. I took the melted one this time.
Step 5:
Add a little sunflower oil to the baking dish, add salt to the potatoes and mix.
Step 6:
Fill the potatoes with the prepared filling.
Step 7:
Put the grated cheese on top. Place in an oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for about half an hour - until the potatoes are soft.
Step 8:
When the cheese is browned, try the potatoes for softness, if the fork enters easily, then our dish is ready.
