Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make meatballs with cheese in sour cream sauce? Prepare everything you need for this. You can choose any meat. It will be tastier if you use two types of meat, for example, as I have pork and chicken. Fill the loaf with milk and leave it to lie down for a while.
Step 2:
Scroll the meat through the meat grinder and turn it into minced meat. Peel the onion from the husk, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the onion and egg to it.
Step 3:
Add a little salt and spices. If desired, you can add a little garlic. Squeeze the loaf from the milk and add it to the bowl with minced meat. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and beat the meat mass against the bottom of the bowl. Just throw the minced meat into the bowl. This is necessary so that the meat mass becomes more dense and the products from it do not fall apart during cooking.
Step 4:
From the meat mass, with wet hands, make large balls and put a piece of cheese inside each ball. Then close the cheese and roll the ball tighter.
Step 5:
Any heat-resistant mold can be used for baking. It can be metal, glass or ceramic. Lubricate the bottom and sides of the bowl with vegetable oil and put all the resulting meatballs into it.
Step 6:
In a separate bowl, combine the tomato paste with sour cream and add water.
Step 7:
Pour the resulting sauce over the meatballs. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-50 minutes. When baking, focus on your oven.
Step 8:
The finished meatballs will brown a little, and some of the melted cheese may look out. Remove the mold from the oven and arrange the meatballs into plates.
Step 9:
Such meatballs can be supplemented with any side dish or fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
