Step 1:
To cook chicken backs in the oven, take these very backs, onions, soy sauce, tomato juice or grated fresh tomato, salt and a little oil.
Step 2:
We will wash the backs well, dry them with a kitchen towel. Add soy sauce, salt, pour juice, mix well. Add a little oil - it will give golden color.
Step 3:
Add finely chopped onion to the marinade. Leave to marinate for half an hour.
Step 4:
Put the backs in a baking dish and put them in a heated to 220 degrees and fry to the desired degree of browning.
Step 5:
I like the backs to be fried to a crunch, so I fry for about an hour, draining the melted fat.
Step 6:
Ready-made chicken backs can be served to the table with a side dish or just nibble while watching TV, serve with beer.
