Step 1:
How to make pasta with meatballs in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Pasta can be used in any shape. Take minced meat from any kind of meat. It can be chicken, beef, pork or mixed minced meat. It is advisable to cook the minced meat yourself in order to be completely sure of its composition.
Step 2:
Dip the pasta in salted boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the package. It usually takes 15-20 minutes. The pasta should become soft.
Step 3:
Place the minced meat in a deep bowl. Add chopped onion, egg, salt and spices to the minced meat. Mix all the ingredients well until smooth.
Step 4:
Heat the frying pan to a hot state and pour a little vegetable oil. Roll small balls out of the meat mass and put them in a frying pan.
Step 5:
Fry the meatballs on low heat for 8-10 minutes so that they become an appetizing golden color on all sides. Then remove the finished meatballs from the pan.
Step 6:
Put the second chopped onion in the same pan and fry it for a couple of minutes to make it softer.
Step 7:
Add tomato paste and garlic passed through the press to the frying pan to the onion.
Step 8:
Mix everything, add 2-3 tablespoons of hot water from the cooked pasta. Warm everything up together for a couple more minutes.
Step 9:
Flip the finished pasta into a colander to drain the excess liquid. It is not necessary to wash them.
Step 10:
Put the finished pasta in a frying pan and mix with the tomato sauce. Lay out the finished meatballs. Mix everything, warm it up for a couple of minutes and remove from the heat. Place the finished dish on plates and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
