Step 1:
Peel the potatoes, chop the onion finely.
Step 2:
Boil potatoes together with onions.
Step 3:
How to cook, mash it in puree, adding milk and 50 gr. butter. The puree should not be very thick.
Step 4:
Form tortillas from the dough, half a cm thick, put 1 tablespoon of cooled puree on them.
Step 5:
Grease with melted butter, and put in the oven for 20 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Step 6:
Grease the shang just taken out of the oven with warm milk and cover with a towel for 3 minutes.
