Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to bake homemade beef pork in foil? Very simple and easy. Start with the marinade. If desired, in addition to these ingredients, you can add to the marinade a little vegetable oil, granular or Dijon mustard, a mixture of spices for pork (or beef).
Step 2:
Peel the garlic cloves and pass them through the press. If desired, you can replace fresh garlic with 1-2 tablespoons of dry garlic.
Step 3:
In a bowl, combine lemon juice, garlic, paprika, sugar, salt and pepper.
Step 4:
Mix everything well.
Step 5:
Now prepare the meat. You need about 1 kg of beef in one piece and a couple of sprigs of fresh rosemary. Beef is better to choose not very fat. A piece of hip pulp is ideal.
Step 6:
Wash the beef, dry it with paper towels and put it in a bowl. If your meat is not a dense bar, like mine, then tie it with twine or culinary thread to give it a more compact appearance.
Step 7:
Rub the meat thoroughly with garlic marinade and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 5-8 hours. At the same time, it is advisable to cover the bowl with a film so that the beef does not wind up and periodically turn the meat over so that it is marinated evenly.
Step 8:
Take the beef out of the refrigerator, lay it on several layers of foil. Arrange the rosemary sprigs on the sides.
Step 9:
Then carefully and tightly wrap the meat, lifting the edges of the foil up so that the meat juice does not leak out.
Step 10:
Transfer the meat in foil to a baking sheet. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Then put the meat in a preheated 180 ° C oven and bake for about 1.5 hours. Determine the exact time and temperature of baking according to your oven. Do not take out the cooked pork immediately, but leave it in the cooling oven for another 1 hour so that the juices are evenly distributed over the meat.
Step 11:
Remove the meat from the oven, unwrap the foil. Transfer the pork to a platter and cut into pieces. Beef pork is ready at home! You can serve it with any side dish hot or cold. Bon appetit!
It's very easy to cook homemade beef pork. The foil will protect the meat from drying out and help to preserve juiciness and softness. The most important thing is to choose the right meat: you need flesh without bones, large veins, moderately fatty.
Beef can be replaced with any other type of meat that you like best. But keep in mind that the cooking time, as well as the taste and calorie content of the dish will change. Pork and lamb tend to be fatter than beef, and chicken fillet or turkey are leaner. At the same time, the cooking time depends not only on the type of meat, but also on which part of the carcass is used and how old or young the meat is.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
