Step 1:
Preparing the ingredients for the dough. We prepare the dough with yeast, but in a quick way, without a pair. Kefir is taken out of the refrigerator in advance, it should be warm.
Step 2:
Pour a glass of kefir into a bowl, add sugar and salt, mix so that the grains dissolve. Add a teaspoon of dry yeast and mix well so that the yeast also dissolves in the liquid. Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil to the mixture. And pour in the sifted flour.
Step 3:
Pour the flour in parts, stirring the mass with a spoon so that the dough is well mixed. Add enough flour to make an elastic, not very tight dough, but it should stop sticking to the walls of the bowl. The bowl with the dough is covered with a towel and put in a warm place for half an hour.
Step 4:
Meanwhile, let's do the filling for the roll. Hard-boiled chicken eggs. It is good to do this in advance so that they are cold by the time of baking.
Step 5:
Green onion feather is well washed and finely chopped.
Step 6:
We clean the eggs and cut them not very finely with a knife. Combine the onion and eggs in a bowl, salt to taste and mix. The onion should release juice, and the egg-onion mass should become softer.
Step 7:
The dough has risen and is ready to work.
Step 8:
Dust the table with flour. We roll out the finished dough into a rectangular layer.
Step 9:
Spread the egg-onion filling on the dough.
Step 10:
The filling can be smeared with sour cream on top. Then after baking, the filling in the roll will be more juicy and tender to the taste.
Step 11:
Roll up the dough with the filling into a roll. We put it in a greased form. Lubricate with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. The oven is heated to 180 degrees. Bake the roll for about 30 minutes.
Step 12:
Serve the roll with green onions and egg hot for tea or coffee. This pastry is very satisfying, so it can replace lunch or dinner. Enjoy your meal!
