Classic cheesecakes in the oven

Delicious and healthy treat! No frying, no oil! Classic cheesecakes in the oven are not so greasy compared to fried in oil in a frying pan. This is a big plus, because such cheesecakes are more useful and they can be cooked for breakfast for small households. This is especially true if children do not like cottage cheese in its pure form. For adults, such cheesecakes will also be a wonderful treat for morning coffee or tea. Cooking them is simple and fast!

Cottage cheese for cheesecakes is better to take homemade, grainy and very fresh. In this case, cheesecakes will bring maximum benefit. This dish is good to cook if your loved ones do not really like cottage cheese as it is. And in the form of cheesecakes, it is usually to everyone's taste.

So, we rub the cottage cheese through a sieve for a more homogeneous and delicate consistency of ready-made cheesecakes. You can not wipe it - we are guided in this matter by our own taste.

We put the cottage cheese in a bowl, then break the chicken egg to it, mix. Then pour the usual and vanilla sugar to taste. You can not add sugar at all or add a minimum amount, but serve ready-made cheesecakes, for example, with honey or jam. But my household loves sweet cheesecakes, so I always add. Mix everything thoroughly again.

Sift the flour, add it to a bowl with cottage cheese mass and knead the dough with a spoon. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees Celsius, and at this time we continue cooking.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. From the dough we form buns of arbitrary size. Cheesecakes can be prepared both large and small (in this case, the cooking time should be adjusted). We spread the blanks of cheesecakes on paper, then put the baking sheet in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Bake until ready and lightly browned (perhaps the time will need to be slightly shortened or increased).

Remove the finished cheesecakes from the oven, sprinkle with vanilla sugar to taste and serve warm. We add honey, maple syrup, jam and jam if desired.

Bon appetit!
