Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare the recipe "chevapchichi sausage in the oven " take minced meat, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, mineral water and plain water.
Step 2:
If there is no mineral water - it needs only a spoonful, and strongly carbonated - dilute a pinch of baking powder with water, as it gurgles, and pour the mixture into the minced meat. Mineral water gives the meat airiness, at least that's what it says in many recipes of this dish.
Step 3:
The main work is to be done with minced meat - we add onion and garlic grated on a grater or on a special device to it (or we bite together with meat in a meat grinder if we cook minced meat at home).
Step 4:
Now you need to beat the meat well. we take it in parts, as much as it enters our hands and throw it on the countertop or on the bottom of the bowl - this is more convenient. We beat off 10-15 minutes (the amount taken). Now the minced meat should ideally be put in the refrigerator, tightened with cling film, for 12-24 hours. If there is no such possibility, then just beat it off better. This procedure gives the minced meat elasticity, pliability and elasticity.
Step 5:
There are special devices for forming chevapchichy, but you can just form small sausages, 10 cm in size. We shape them too, tossing pieces of meat in our hands, as if, beating them off, we mold them along the length.
Step 6:
We put the chevapchichi in a baking dish. Pour water and put it in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Step 7:
These are the chevapchichi sausages in the oven! They will turn brown on top, but will remain juicy due to the presence of water, which can be served as a sauce.
Step 8:
Chevapchichi sausages are ready in the oven! Enjoy your meal!
