Step 1:
To cook chicken wings in honey mustard sauce in the oven, first of all, you need to prepare a marinade, which will set the main taste of the dish. To do this, take a spacious bowl and combine mustard and honey in it. If the honey is candied, then melt it in the microwave.
Step 2:
Then add soy sauce, salt and spices. Paprika and ground pepper can be used as spices. You can add a little crushed garlic. Mix the whole marinade well.
Step 3:
Rinse chicken wings in running water and dry with a paper towel. If there are feathers on them, then they need to be plucked or singed over the fire. Cut off the smallest part of each wing. We won't need it. There is no meat in this part of the wing, but when baked in the oven, it begins to burn.
Step 4:
Marinate all the wings in the prepared marinade. Mix the whole mass with your hands so that the whole marinade spreads evenly over the wings. Cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and leave to marinate for a couple of hours.
Step 5:
Prepare a large, spacious baking tray for baking. Cover it with cooking paper and spread out all the pickled wings so that they lie separately from each other. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-50 minutes.
Step 6:
The finished wings will become an appetizing, golden color. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and cool slightly. Put the wings on a plate and help yourself. Enjoy your meal!
In this marinade, you can cook not only wings. It can be used to cook any parts of chicken. Even it is suitable for marinating a whole carcass.
Such wings will be a great snack for beer or suitable for a quick family dinner. You can prepare a delicious sauce for them, for example, garlic. And it would not be superfluous to serve them a salad of fresh vegetables.
