Step 1:
To prepare cabbage cutlets, take a set of products according to the list: ripe, snow-white cabbage, eggs, onions, salt, flour and spices to taste. Oil for greasing the mold and cutlets.
Step 2:
Chop the white cabbage with a knife or pass it through the shredder of the combine - this is more convenient, since the cabbage is crushed in this case with almost identical particles, quite finely and uniformly, which is important when modeling cutlets.
Step 3:
Put the cabbage in a deep bowl, where it will be convenient to make minced meat.
Step 4:
Cut the onion into small cubes.
Step 5:
Add eggs, flour, salt and spices to the cabbage. I also added a spoonful of breadcrumbs.
Step 6:
Make cutlets of any shape, put them on a greased baking sheet. Pour the butter over the cutlets themselves on top.
Step 7:
Bake in a 180 degree oven for about half an hour when the bottom of the cutlets is browned,
Step 8:
Remove the mold from the oven and turn the fried cutlets to the other side with a wooden spatula. Fry on the other side.
Step 9:
Serve ready-made cutlets immediately, with fervor-with heat. You can make any sauce.
Cabbage cutlets in the oven, it turns out, are not so difficult to make, there would be a desire! All you need to do is chop the cabbage well, add flour and eggs - that's all, the minced meat is ready, salt it and shape the cutlets. Serve cutlets as a complex side dish to meat dishes or poultry dishes or as an independent dish with pickles and marinades. it will be very tasty if you prepare sour cream, tomato or any other sauce for the cutlets, for example cucumber tar-tar on mayonnaise is also quite suitable.
