Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the products according to the list.
Step 2:
If you have a regular crumbly cottage cheese, then you need to punch it with a blender or rub it through a sieve. If you have cheese curds like mine, then you don't need to do anything - they are ready for use. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork.
Step 3:
Add a large egg.
Step 4:
Put a spoonful of sour cream.
Step 5:
The next step is to add sugar, you can vanilla.
Step 6:
Add semolina.
Step 7:
And then on the grits - a little baking powder (a teaspoon without a slide). Mix the dough well until smooth.
Step 8:
You can optionally add any berries or fruits. I took a few slices of apple.
Step 9:
Put the mold in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes or in the microwave for 10 minutes.
Step 10:
That's it - the curd-semolina casserole is ready! Cool it a little and cut it into portions.
Cottage cheese semolina casserole is a quick, delicious and healthy dessert. Cook it for your family more often, especially if you have small children. After all, according to doctors, calcium from baked cottage cheese is absorbed in much greater quantities than from fresh.
