Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. Wash the lamb, dry it and cut into medium pieces. If lamb with bones (like mine, then you can not cut it, but bake it whole.
Step 2:
Wash and peel the potatoes. Small potatoes should be left whole, large tubers should be cut into 2-3 parts. Cut the garlic head across into 2 parts.
Step 3:
In the mill, grind the bay leaves, coriander and pepper peas.
Step 4:
Combine lamb, potatoes, lemon, garlic, oil, thyme, salt and spices. Mix everything well.
Step 5:
Put the meat and potatoes in a heat-resistant baking dish.
Step 6:
Cover the mold with foil and put it in a preheated 180 °C oven for about 1 hour.
Step 7:
Then remove the foil and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
