Step 1:
How to make a chop breast with tomatoes? Prepare the products. Take a medium-sized chicken fillet, preferably fresh, not previously frozen. Tomatoes can take any variety, onions - medium size. Choose any dry spices to taste or a set specifically for chicken. I have hops-suneli. You can replace mayonnaise with sour cream or natural yogurt. Immediately prepare a baking dish in the oven.
Step 2:
Rinse the chicken fillet with running cold water and dry it with a paper towel. Cut each fillet lengthwise into two pieces, trying not to make them too thin. Cover each fillet with cling film and lightly beat off with a cooking hammer. It is not necessary to beat off strongly, so as not to tear the meat. The beaten fillet turns out to be more juicy and tender.
Step 3:
Season each piece with salt and sprinkle with spices (lightly rubbing into the meat) on each side. And, if there is time, leave to soak in spices for 20-30 minutes.
Step 4:
Turn on the oven to warm up 180 degrees. Lubricate the selected baking dish with vegetable oil or cover with baking paper. Put the prepared pieces of chicken fillet into the mold. Put a little mayonnaise on each piece and spread it over the entire surface of the meat.
Step 5:
Peel the onion, wash and dry. Cut the onion into rings and spread evenly on each piece of the prepared chicken fillet.
Step 6:
Wash and dry the fresh tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into circles and spread evenly on the chicken over the onion. If desired, tomatoes can be cut into strips or semicircles.
Step 7:
Grate the selected cheese on a coarse grater and spread evenly on each piece of chicken. Place the chicken chops in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes. Determine the exact time and temperature of baking according to your oven.
Step 8:
Serve the finished chicken fillet with tomatoes hot. You can serve this dish as an independent one (a great option for a diet dinner with sour cream instead of mayonnaise) or with a simple side dish - pasta, potatoes.
Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.

Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
