Cabbage and potato pie in the aspic oven

Very tasty and satisfying aspic pie - cooking is simple and fast! I share with you the recipe of one of the most favorite pies in our family - we often bake it as a dinner. Simple, it doesn't take long to cook, but it turns out very tasty!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 40 min

1. Wash and peel the potatoes, put them to boil.
2. Peel the onion, cut it into half rings. Chop the cabbage thinly enough.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the onion in it and fry it until golden.
4. Put the cabbage in the pan, simmer all together almost until cooked. In the process, add salt, you can add ground black pepper to taste.
5. Cut the boiled potatoes into 3-4 mm thick circles.
6. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and sugar, and whisk.
7. Add kefir to the beaten eggs, mix.
8. Sift flour, mix with baking powder.
9. Add the flour mixture to the kefir and eggs, kneading the dough. It will turn out like thick sour cream.
10. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, pour half of the dough into it.
11. Put the stewed cabbage in the mold, potatoes on top, then sprinkle everything with crumbled cheese.
12. Fill the filling with the remaining dough.
13. Put the mold in the oven for 40 minutes (at 180 degrees Celsius). The cake will become beautiful and ruddy.
