Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2:
Melt and cool the butter.
Step 3:
Sift flour and soda into a dough bowl.
Step 4:
Add kefir and butter to the flour.
Step 5:
Add salt and sugar to the same place.

Step 7:
Cut the nori sheets into squares of about 15 mm. This is not a mandatory ingredient, but it is nori that gives the pie the flavor of fish.
Step 8:
Chop the cabbage, add salt and remember it with your hands. If you have a tough winter cabbage, put it out a little in a frying pan and cool it, or better yet, take Peking cabbage in winter for such pies.
Step 9:
Add chopped green onions to the cabbage and mix. The filling is ready.
Step 10:
Grease the mold with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour.
Step 11:
Lay out half of the dough and smooth it out.
Step 12:
Put the cabbage on top and smooth it out.
Step 13:
Lay out the nori on top in an even layer.
Step 14:
Pour in the remaining dough and smooth it out.
Step 15:
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and put in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 16:
The cake turns lush and golden.
Step 17:
Cool the cake a little (or completely) and serve it to the table.
Enjoy!
