Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients. To begin with, you should prepare a yeast dough. Depending on the strength of the yeast, it can be prepared for quite a long time or very quickly. In my version, the dough should completely come up within an hour.
Step 2:
Pour the dry yeast with warm water, insist for 10 minutes and stir.
Step 3:
Preheat the milk. We drive an egg into the milk and mix it. Add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, melted butter in order, mix.
Step 4:
Then add the finished yeast.
Step 5:
After mixing thoroughly, add the sifted flour until the dough becomes elastic and does not lag behind the walls of our pan.
Step 6:
We roll the kneaded dough into a ball, cover it with a towel and leave it in a warm place to rise. The dough should be lowered 3-4 times.
Step 7:
While the dough is rising, we prepare the filling - mix raspberries with sugar.
Step 8:
Roll out the finished dough and cut into circles.
Step 9:
We put the filling in the middle of each mug, fasten the edges of the dough and give our pie the necessary shape.
Step 10:
Cover the baking tray with baking paper and spread the ready-made raspberry pies on it. Each pie must be smeared with a beaten egg.
Step 11:
Raspberry pies are baked in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Step 12:
Raspberry pies are ready! Have a nice tea party for everyone!
In my opinion, this recipe for raspberry pies is the simplest of all that I know.
