Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. To cook the Swallow's Nest Cutlets in the oven, we will need: minced meat (pork + beef, or only pork or beef); bell pepper; tomatoes; cheese; sour cream; garlic; parsley; egg; ground black pepper and salt.
Step 2:
Peel the bell pepper from the seeds and stalks and cut into rings about 1 cm thick. It is advisable to choose Bulgarian pepper with the most even and straight walls.
Step 3:
Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into not very thin circles.
Step 4:
Cut the cheese into slices the size of slices of bell pepper.
Step 5:
Wash, dry and finely chop the parsley.
Step 6:
Garlic skip through the press.
Step 7:
Add garlic, parsley, salt and pepper passed through the press to the minced meat. Knead the minced meat thoroughly.
Step 8:

Step 9:
Lubricate the surface of the cutlets with sour cream.
Step 10:
Arrange the circles of tomatoes on top.
Step 11:
Put the cutlets in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 30 minutes. Put slices of cheese on the cutlets.
Step 12:
Return to the oven for 10-15 minutes, until a ruddy crust appears on the cheese. Bon appetit!
Thanks to the vegetable component, the cutlets are not only juicy, but also very satisfying.
If you are tired of ordinary cutlets and want to surprise your family or guests with something unusual - these cutlets will impress everyone.
A huge plus is that these cutlets are not fried in a frying pan in oil, but baked in the oven without a drop of vegetable fat. This makes cutlets attractive for dieting, especially if lean beef, turkey or chicken are used as the basis for minced meat. A small plate of cheese will not affect the calorie content much.
Bright multicolored cutlets will cheer you up and turn an ordinary lunch or dinner into a holiday.
