Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

The first step is to turn on the oven at 180-190 degrees Celsius.

In order to make such a pie, you will need bananas of medium ripeness. They should be sweet and fragrant, but at the same time keep their shape well. They need to be cleaned, and then cut into small cubes about 1 by 1 cm in size. Then pour the chopped fruit into a large bowl and sprinkle with flour. Carefully, so as not to crush the bananas, mix the fruit with flour so as to cover each banana cube with it.

Break dark chocolate into pieces with your hands and put it in a small fireproof dish. Then put it in a bowl with hot water and melt the chocolate in a water bath until it is liquid. Leave to cool down a little, but in no case freeze again.

Break chicken eggs into the bowl of a mixer and cover with sugar. Then, using a mixer, beat the eggs to a fluffy white foam.

Melt butter - you can also in a water bath, or you can in a microwave. Then pour it into a bowl with beaten eggs and sugar. Mix well again with a mixer and pour in the chocolate pudding powder (you can buy it in the supermarket in a special baking department). Mix it up.

Sift the flour separately through a special sieve. Mix well with baking powder. And then, in small portions, introduce this mixture into the liquid mass with eggs and mix again with a mixer until smooth.

Pour liquid, but no longer hot dark chocolate into the dough and mix well again.

Pieces of banana, rolled in flour, put into a batter and gently, so as not to crush the bananas, mix all the products together. At this stage, the mixer should be postponed. To do this, it is already better to use an ordinary tablespoon or a silicone spatula.

Prepare a baking dish with a diameter of 22-24 cm. Put parchment on the bottom of the mold. Put the dough into a mold and spread it evenly over the entire area.

Put the pie in the preheated oven to bake for an hour or a little more. Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer.

Let the finished cake cool down a little, and then sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

Have a nice tea party!
