    Wash and dry the chicken breasts. If you have a whole breast with a bone, cut it in half. You can leave the skin or cut it off as you like. I removed the skin and cut out the bone.

Often, salt and pepper are already present in such mixtures, take this into account, otherwise you risk over-salting and peppering the dish. Salt and pepper were not included in my mixture.
