Step 1:

Step 2:
In a bowl, combine sour cream and egg. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
Step 3:
Melt butter and cool to room temperature. Pour into the egg-sour cream mixture and mix. Pour in the sugar and mix again until the crystals dissolve.
Step 4:
Sift flour with baking powder and gradually add to the sour cream mixture in several steps. At first, you can mix the dough with a whisk, then knead with your hands.
Step 5:
You should get a soft pliable dough.
Step 6:
Divide the resulting dough into 5-6 identical parts.
Step 7:
On a floured surface, roll out each piece of dough into a round cake of small diameter.
Step 8:
Transfer the tortillas to a baking sheet lined with parchment. Prick the tortillas with a fork.
Step 9:
Use a brush to lubricate the tortillas with butter. Bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
