Step 1:
How to make zucchini stuffed with mushrooms in the oven? Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2:
Peel the squash, cut off the tail. Cut into rings 1-1.5 cm thick and remove the core with the seeds.

Put the zucchini rings in a large plate, season with salt and pepper, add spices to taste. Mix with your hands so that the salt and spices evenly cover the zucchini rings.
Step 4:
Pour 3 tablespoons of flour into a plate and roll the zucchini rings on both sides.
Step 5:
Heat the vegetable oil in a thick-walled frying pan and reduce the heat to medium.

Fry the zucchini rings on both sides until golden brown under a closed lid.

And while they are frying, prepare the filling. Chop the onion and fry it.

Add the washed and chopped mushrooms to the onion.

Prepare the sauce. Grate any hard cheese on a coarse grater, add 3 tablespoons of sour cream and mix. The sauce should be thick.

Add an egg, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, chopped herbs, 1 tablespoon of flour to the cooled filling. Mix everything together.
Step 12:
Grease a baking sheet with oil, lay out the fried rings of zucchini.
Step 13:
Distribute the filling by pressing it into the rings of zucchini.
Step 14:
Put the cheese sauce on top, evenly distributing it over the filling.
Step 15:
Place the baking sheet in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Determine readiness by melted cheese and a golden crust.

Zucchini stuffed with mushrooms in the oven are ready! Put it on a platter, you can decorate with herbs, slices of cucumbers and tomatoes. Call everyone to the table!
