Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2:
Pour kefir at room temperature into a bowl and add sunflower oil.
Step 3:
Pour sugar and salt, mix.
Step 4:
Add half of the sifted flour, mix the dough well.
Step 5:
Pour baking powder, stir until smooth.
Step 6:
Add the remaining flour and knead a thick dough.
Step 7:
Divide the dough into two parts. Roll the sausage out of each part and cut it into 5-6 pieces.
Step 8:
Take a piece of dough and make a 1 cm thick tourniquet. Roll up in the form of a snail.
Step 9:
Cover the baking sheet with paper and grease with oil. Spread the buns on a baking sheet, sprinkle sugar and sesame seeds on top.
Step 10:
Bake the buns in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Remove the finished pastries from the baking sheet, cool slightly and serve with tea. Bon appetit!
