Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
For 4 portions of baked potatoes, peel and wash 5 medium potatoes and a couple of medium onions, mix a teaspoon of salt and spices, and we also need 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Step 2:
Peeled potatoes are cut into small pieces, as for soup.
Step 3:
Onions are cut into not very thin, about 5 mm thick quarter rings.
Step 4:
Place the sliced potatoes and onions in a baking dish, add a mixture of salt and spices.
Step 5:
Pour vegetable oil over potatoes and onions.
Step 6:
Now thoroughly mix potatoes and onions with vegetable oil, salt and spices with your hands. Meanwhile, turn on the oven and preheat it to 200 degrees.
Step 7:
Put the baking dish filled with potatoes and onions in a hot oven for 40 minutes.
Step 8:
After 40 minutes, we take the mold out of the oven and gently spoon the potatoes and onions from the bottom up.
Step 9:
Return the form with potatoes and onions to the oven, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.
Step 10:
After 20 minutes, we take the form out of the oven – the baked potatoes are ready.
Step 11:
Potatoes baked with onions in the oven are served for dinner, it can be placed directly on the table in a baking dish on a stand.
Step 12:
Hot potatoes baked with onions are laid out on plates.
Step 13:
And to make the dish even tastier and more fragrant, we serve it with young garlic.
