Step 1:
How to make a cupcake with tangerines in the oven? Measure out the necessary ingredients. They should be at room temperature. Take out the oil in advance so that it becomes soft. The list of spices can be changed, as well as their quantity. Add to taste.
Step 2:
Combine flour with spices and baking powder. Sift the dry mixture into a convenient wide container. Flour will be enriched with oxygen, and the cake will be more lifting and lush.
Step 3:
Combine soft butter with sugar.
Step 4:
With a mixer, beat the butter with sugar until a fluffy, homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 5:
Add condensed milk. Whisk well so that the condensed milk is evenly combined with the butter-sugar mixture.

Beat one egg into the resulting mass, beating well after each.
Step 7:
Add lemon and orange zest to the dough, mix. You can use tangerine zest instead of orange.
Step 8:
Pour in the flour sifted with baking powder and spices. Mix thoroughly until the lumps of flour disappear. At this stage, you can mix the dough with a spoon or mixer at low speed.
Step 9:
The dough turns out homogeneous, thick.
Step 10:
Wash tangerines, peel, divide into slices. If possible, remove the white streaks from the lobules.
Step 11:
Add the tangerine slices to the dough, mix well.
Step 12:
Grease the bottom and sides of the baking dish with butter. Put the dough into a mold, level the top with a spoon or spatula.
Step 13:
Bake the cake in a preheated oven to 170C for 50-55 minutes. The baking time will depend on the specifics of the oven. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer. It should come out of the middle of the cake dry, without traces of dough. If the top is well browned, but the inside of the cupcake is not baked yet, cover the mold with a layer of foil. The finished cupcake is slightly sued and removed from the mold.
Step 14:
Icing can be prepared to decorate the cake.

Whisk the protein with a fork until smooth.

Add powdered sugar, mix lightly.
Step 17:
Add a few drops of lemon juice, while rubbing the mass and achieving the desired consistency of the glaze. If the glaze is thick, add more lemon juice. If, on the contrary, it is too thin, add powdered sugar. The glaze should be moderately thick and moderately fluid so that it can be conveniently applied to the cupcake.
Step 18:
Cover the completely cooled cupcake with icing. Let the glaze dry a little.
Step 19:
If desired, you can additionally decorate the pastries on top with various sprinkles to raise the festive mood. Do this until the glaze has completely hardened.
