Step 1:
Wash two large ripe pears, dry them and cut them into halves.
Step 2:
Remove the core with a spoon.
Step 3:
Sprinkle the pears with cinnamon.
Step 4:
Put the walnut kernels in the middle of each pear and pour the syrup over them. You can use any, sugar or from jam.
Step 5:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pears for 25-30 minutes.
Step 6:
Pears should become absolutely soft, and nuts should caramelize slightly. You can add more syrup or cinnamon to the finished dessert, focus on your taste.
